Appointments

Our reception team have undergone advanced training and may ask you a series of questions to enable them to assist you with your appointment booking, our aim is to ensure you are booked in with the most appropriate person at your first point of contact.

Emergency Appointments

Please aid our reception staff when booking appointments by only taking an emergency appointment if you really need it. The receptionists will ask for basic details regarding your condition as they have guidelines provided by the doctors.

After you have provided details of the nature of your illness a telephone triage assessment may be offered if appropriate. The On call clinician will then call you to assess the urgency of your condition. It is not the receptionists responsibility to decide if you are seen, it is at the discretion of the clinician.
